Project Introduction

This was a fit-out project to convert an empty space into an urgent care facility. The build included a reception, offices, treatment rooms and staff rooms. We supplied and installed the wall frames.

The job site was in an existing building with limited access. The doorways were too small to get pre-assembled wall frames through, so we had to assemble them onsite. To do this as quickly as possible we build a table onsite. The team still completed this install extremely quickly.

Our system produces walls with flat joins making them a plasterer's dream. The screw holes are dimpled in and the ends of the studs are swaged to fit neatly into the 89mm stud. T
