On this project, the building was taken back to a shell. We then installed the internal walls. The 2.7m high walls were installed in days making it an extremely quick installation time.
We installed our frames between the hot-rolled structural steel for the external walls. We completed an onsite measure during the design process to ensure smooth sailing. We also installed the internal partitions for this project.

We produce an 89mm stud with a gauge between .55mm to 1.2mm. Our standard gauge on commercial builds is 0.75mm.
All frames have easy-to-follow labels which can be followed on shop and site plans.
We only use G550 quality steel to ensure you get the best quality. We have suppliers for imported and Australian-made steel, including bluescope.
Light Gauge Steel is of comparative strength to timber, but we can increase strength by increasing the gauge and by boxing studs.
We have the ability to create extremely long or high walls. For practical installation and ease of transport, we prefer to section walls into a maximum of 6 metres.
We have a huge production capacity and streamline operations to match. We could produce jobs in as little as a week but this depends on the size and design requirements.
