On this project, the building was taken back to a shell. We then installed the internal walls. The 2.7m high walls were installed in days making it an extremely quick installation time.

We produce an 89mm stud with a gauge between .55mm to 1.2mm. Our standard gauge on commercial builds is 0.75mm.
Span is determined from the weight on the roof e.g. sheet metal or tiles, air conditioning units in the roof and wind load. We can increase steel gauge and integrate structural beams to increase the span of the truss.
We only use G550 quality steel to ensure you get the best quality. We have suppliers for imported and Australian-made steel, including bluescope.
Light Gauge Steel is of comparative strength to timber, but we can increase strength by increasing the gauge and by boxing studs.
