On this project, the building was taken back to a shell. We then installed the internal walls. The 2.7m high walls were installed in days making it an extremely quick installation time.

We produce an 89mm stud with a gauge between .55mm to 1.2mm. Our standard gauge on commercial builds is 0.75mm.
We only use G550 quality steel to ensure you get the best quality. We have suppliers for imported and Australian-made steel, including bluescope.
We endeavour to prefabricate as much of the facade as possible however our ability to do so depends on design, the cladding, the supporting structure and transport.
There are many benefits of Light Gauge Steel. The benefits for using LGS to build facades include; it is strong but light which makes less load on the supporting structure. The C Section studs are the perfect design to install cladding over.
We have a huge production capacity and streamline operations to match. We could produce jobs in as little as a week but this depends on the size and design requirements. The design requirements for Facades are generally more demanding and therefore should be factored into lead times.
