Project Introduction

The development site included two freestanding buildings for Oporto and GYG. Nurigong Steel was engaged to supply and install the wall frames and roof trusses for both buildings.

Through close coordination between our design and installation teams, we delivered a high-quality outcome while overcoming several design challenges.

Cost Effective Design

Nurigong Steel coordinated closely with the designers, structural engineers, and head contractor to optimise the steel design, reducing overall steel tonnage and delivering cost savings for the project.

Fast Installation

Ensuring the design is fully resolved and coordinated prior to fabrication allows for a fast, efficient installation on site, minimising delays, reducing rework, and keeping the project on program.
